Hi, I'm Bre! I also go by Breeze or the Blase-Harbinger.I love all things gothic, spooky, and macabre.
I love studying taxidermy, antiques/oddities, and collecting pinned insects!
If I'm not drawing, I'm planning DnD sessions, going to live shows, reading tarot, or playing video games.I run an online editorial called The Oracle -- we love to explore art and culture and encourage/support all creatives. (On hiatus)

I have a BFA in Painting/Drawing with a concentration on traditional printmaking and illustration.

I have a very illustrative style with a focus on thick lineart and expressive characters.
I love to explore art by experimenting with a multitude of styles, processes, and effects, as well as subject matter. I like to view my work as a concoction of cute, gothic, colourful, and macabre.My artistic inspiration is derived from pre-existing media such as TV shows/video games/books, as well as other artists from an array of mediums and backgrounds.My work focuses on concept art, character design, book covers, and editorial illustrations.

Upturned

An original story.

A story 10 years in the making about magic, cryptids, murders, and family set against the gorgeous backdrop of the Pacific Northwest.A murder mystery, a “who-done-it”, a dive into the strange and unusual, and a finding of found family. Does magic still linger in this world filled with monsters and beasts, or is it a remnant of a time long past?

Meet the Main Cast

Eddy Booker
The titular character, Eddy works at the fishing docs and odd jobs around town to make money, refusing to take handouts from his rich white father. Eddy’s relationship with his father has always been rocky and, lately, hostile, as Eddy tries to find out more about his mother’s sudden disappearance.

Pamalee Thatcher
One of Eddy’s best friends and the resident goth girl. Quiet and shy, Pam is the only one with any obvious signs of the paranormal. She experiences visions and dreams of things to come, things occurring, and things that have passed. She claims that the spirits of the dead grant her these powers even though she cannot explain it.

Aaron Marley
Eddy’s best friend. Despite his wealthy, privileged upbringing, Aaron is friendly, generous, hard-working, and kind. He acts as a foil to Eddy’s sour demeanor. With his extensive education and wealthy background, Aaron opened up the Cuppa Cabra, a coffee shop, to create a space that was inviting for everyone to relax at.

Cassiopeia Amos
Reluctantly one of Eddy’s best friends. Very positive and upbeat, the two tend to butt heads frequently over personality. She is inquisitive by nature and dreams of becoming a well-known journalist. Cas and Aaron are dating.
